Why Teamblaze?
Because team spirit matters
We built Teamblaze because we were fed up with the new, digital work environment that connects us in thousands ways but somehow makes us all stuck in personal silos where instead of absorbing the team vibe, we are, listening to a relentless stream of notifications no one can keep up with.
We didn’t want to fight against the digitalization, nor remote work. Not only they both offer unquestionable benefits but also such a fight would be bound to fail. Instead, we wanted to challenge the way we use technology to communicate and engage the human interaction. Does another online communicator, chat or messenger make us more available? Does it help us determine the urgency, act faster and be more efficient? No, it doesn’t. It creates the misleading illusion of openness while making us more distant, less natural, less empathetic, and most importantly less productive.
We don’t have to prove it because it has already be proven:
‘ Studies show that the more team members are encouraged to socialize and interact face-to-face, the more engaged they feel, the more energy they have, and the longer they can stay focused on a task. 26 In short, the more the team members invest in their social cohesion, the better the results of their work.’
– The Happiness Advantage, Shawn Acor
And that’s why, Teamblaze.

Become a Happy Teamblazer:)
